I just love my recycled (or upcycled?) Project Life Boxes from Stampin' Up! decorated with the Gorgeous Painted Blooms paper!

Below are the dimensions I mentioned in the 2nd video above.. if you cut your 12" designer paper to these dimensions, it should cover your Project Life box perfectly!
I mentioned that I don't keep my Project Life cards in the boxes they come in.. I use this drawer organizer from IKEA:
