Tomorrow I'm leaving for St. George, Utah to spend the remainder of the week with the top 100 Demonstrators in Stampin' Up!, plus the top Demonstrators from Canada.. it's a delightful annual trip for the Founder's Circle members.. I truly love this time to network with my fellow achievers!
Here is my Founder's Circle Swap Card that I'm taking with me!
You may have seen my prototype in the video I posted on the weekend, but as you can see, I updated it and changed it a bit with the fun gravestone and another ghostie and added CUTE stamped eyeballs, too!
Don't miss the VIDEO HERE with instructions for making the card and tips for the Confetti Stars Border punch !
T We swap in our PJ's and have a fun evening. Watch my blog this week for pix from St. George and our wonderful time together!!
In the video that I mentioned above, I explained all the supplies I used in this card, including the cute little pockets from the Gratitude for Days kit on page 38 in the Holiday catalog. I didn't use all of the patterns because a couple of them weren't really so Halloween-y, but these are the 8 patterns from the kit that I used:
These were all the parts as I was getting ready to assemble to make the 113 cards:
yep, it's a lot of parts.. we are each bringing 113 cards!
How fun is this.. I discovered that the eye stamps in the Freaky Friends stamp set are perfect for making eyes on the ghosties!!! I die cut the ghosts using the Fun Fall framelits!
Freaky Friends set, pg 45 #135158 wood, #135161 clear
Fun Fall Framelits, pg 46, #135856
What do you think about the Fright Night tombstone!? It's the new Tag Punch on pg 13 of the Holiday catalog (#135860), punched out in Smoky Slate cardstock, and stamped and sponged with Basic Gray ink! The bat stamps are from 2 sets: Holiday Invitation (pg 49, #135074) and Holiday Home (pg 16 #135095), and the Fright Night stamp comes from the Holiday Cheer set (pg 35 #135188).

Wow! Lots of work on this one, hey? I love it.
So, here's my SU! request: Will the company please start carrying poems or quotes for the insides of cards? The last set I have that truly works as an inside sentiment is from the foam days. When ppl look at cards in a store, they spend most of their time reading the verses, right? :) Our cards are great works of art, but most ppl find it difficult to come up with verses, so you end up with a blank card.
Have lots of fun!
