Stampin Up Owl Punch Baby Girl Dresses Cards
April 14, 2014
Our nephew and his wife recently had another baby girl and I happened to see this idea on Pinterest right after we received the baby announcement, so I just KNEW this was the perfect card to make for them!! How CUTE is this!?
You won't believe how EASY these little dresses are to make... they are just the "vest" part of the Owl Builder punch from Stampin' Up! (order it here #118074).
What makes these so STINKIN' CUTE is the ruffle... place sticky strip (#104294) on the flat portion of the Ruffled Ribbon (#130021) and then put it in a curve around the bottom of the "dress" then trim off any excess on the ends!
I used some Calypso Coral Bakers Twine (#125573) for a "clothesline" and placed the dresses on the line with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The little hearts are part of the Owl Punch.. so I added them to the cards.. so sweet!
I hope they enjoy the card.. they'll be getting it in the mail today or tomorrow :)
OH, and P.S. .. this is a SUPER way to use up DSP scraps!!!
