My project today was designed by Lisa Rhine...  Lisa, Cindee and I enjoyed our monthly stamp day yesterday and Lisa designed this FAB card for us to make!  I love her use of Sale a Bration products and bright colors!  Lisa is the QUEEN of fun bright colors and designs!!

Lisa used one of the Good as Gold card kits (free during Sale a Bration) for the polkadot paper on the bottom 1/2 of the card, the Perfect Pennants stamp set, Deco Label Framelits and the cute Banner Punch on this card.  Black Candy Dots and some gold cord finish off this great birthday card.
