I have seen so many people making the curly paper Christmas Wreaths, but I thought, why not buy styrofoam cones and make Trees!
Well, I couldn't stop at one, so I had to make a whole family!

As noted in the video, I used approximately 350 pins/paper curls to make 3 trees.
And, I used almost one full pack of 12x12 Designer Paper to make all 3 trees.
Sizes of the paper strips used for my trees:
Small Tree: 1/2" x 5" (top) and 1/2" x 6" (bottom)
Medium Tree: 1/2" x 6" (top) and 1/2" x 7" (bottom)
Large Tree: 1/2" x 7" (top), 1/2" x 9" (middle), and 1/2" x 12" (bottom)

Love these! I love the curly wreaths I've seen--but for some reason my brain could not make the leap to other ways to use these curly pieces. I actually have some tree forms in my stash. Now I will be curling away! thanks for posting this fun alternative!

What a great idea. I made a wreath but I love using the cones. I have lots of season of style DSP and I am definitely going to do this. Thanks so much for the inspiration.

It nevers ceases to amaze me how creative you are, thanks for the fun idea and you can be sure I will be giving this a try. I also did several styrofoam balls for my real tree in the winter frost dsp. Thanks for sharing your trees.
