THE RECIPE:

Just fill your Stampin' Spritzer about 3/4 full with 70% rubbing alcohol and a few drops of reinker, then shake well and spray any white or vanilla ribbon and voila.. beatiful colored ribbon in any Stampin' Up! color!

This color spritzing of the various ribbons is so great! These cheap little spritzer bottles work miracles! I also LOVE the St. Pat's Card with colored glimmer paper. Love the pretty design idea also. Well done and Thank you!
