My stamp class students enjoyed making this gorgeous
Paper Flower
in my recent stamp class.
This flower is made with the Stampin' Up! Creped Filter Paper
found on pg 6 in the Spring catalog, or here onlne.
I have a video for you today explaining how to make this flower.
if you are viewing this in an email, please VISIT MY BLOG to VIEW THE VIDEO
In our class we added the flower to a Petite Pocket.
The Petite Pocket was die cut with the Big Shot and Calypso Coral cardstock. You will find the die on page 194 of the big catalog or here online.
For the flower on the card, I did not use the larger dies from the Floral Frames Framelits, but i did use them on the flower at left.
Stampin' Up! Supplies you'll need for the flower:
Creped Filter Paper #129393
Floral Frames Framelits #127012
Stampin' Spritzers #126185
reinkers of your choice, pgs 152 - 156
Blossom Punch #125603

Oh Patty, how lovely! Reminds me of the differing colors of some roses. I love the extra shimmer spritzing and adding a bit more colors with the sponges..gorgeous results! Thanks for sharing with all of us!

This is beautiful, as always. I couldn't hear well enough when you were trying to explain about using the punch on the crepe paper. You said something about using it with copy paper. Can you explain? Also, I heard you mention something is on backorder, but didn't understand what it is. Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us!

Love your flower Patti (along with the video)!! I actually made one of these 2 weeks ago and was surprised how we both used the same technique (although I just punched all my petals as I was in a hurry). Thank you for the awesome tip about the alcohol strength (now I know why!!)
