It's nearly December but it's finally Fall in California.. here in the San Francisco Bay Area, we usually wait until early December to see fall colors.. but I found a few trees starting to turn color and captured some great pix this weekend.

So... "happy fall"... from California!

Oh... and I shouldn't have spent the $$.. but I did... I got a new camera.. the Nikon Coolpix P510.. same as my old camera but about 4 years newer.. LOVE IT!!!  It was only $299 on sale for the cyber weekend specials... worth every penny!

I had to laugh when I saw your post today....I've done the exact same post in the past here in Houston, TX....the leaves are turning color, therefore it must be December in Houston! And yes, I've just noticed more and more colored leaves here so I know it is almost December! Fall and colored leaves are one season I really miss living here! Your photos are gorgeous!

Beautiful pictures. You definitely have a gift! It's funny to read though -- here in Massachusetts, the leaves have come and gone, with even snowflakes yesterday! Didn't stick, but they were there!! (My parents in upstate NY have 3 inches of snow on the ground!)
