I LOVE the new Tulle ribbon from Stampin' Up! You'll find it on page 4 in the Holiday catalog in 3 yummy colors. Don't have your Holiday catalog yet? Contact your demonstrator for one, or ask me about it, and I'll be happy to mail one if you don't have a demosntrator.
Here are the Supplies you'll need and step by step instructions:
Cherry Cobbler Scalloped Tulle Ribbon #127841
and Jumbo Sticky Rounds #127852
STEP 1: Fold the Tulle in 1/2 lengthwise (I used about 24"), and use a needle and thread to put a running stitch through the folded edge as shown above, then gather tulle
STEP 2: Peel off one side of the sticky round backing paper, and press the folded/stitched edge of the Tulle around the perimeter of the sticky round as shown below:
STEP 3: Punch out about 6 to 10 flowers with Designer Paper of your choice and the BLOSSOM PUNCH (#125603), then spritz with your choice of Smooch Spritz or any mixture of ink and Shimmer Paint in a Stampin' Spritzer (see THIS VIDEO), and spray your flowers on a scrap paper.
Step 4: Follow instructions in THIS VIDEO to make the Paper Flower
Step 5: You should hvae a scrunched flower like this now. Sponge the edges per the video link above.
Step 6: Place your scrunched paper flower in the center of the Sticky Round
Step 7: open up all the layers of the paper flower:
Step 8: peel the backing layer off the back of the sticky round and add a punched cardstock circle and pin or magnet of your choice. Wear and Enjoy!
