MINI CATALOG SETS STILL AVAILABLE!!!
Wow! just wanted to say THANK YOU for all your kind comments and inquiries about my Spring Wreath post! Many of you have asked if I'll be selling a tutorial for this.. no, I won't be doing that but I'm happy to share a few more details to help you make your own wreath.
If you'd like to join us in class, I have 2 spots open in the 2pm class on May 12.
you will need to bring your own Blossom Punch and hot glue gun.
Supplies used for the wreath:
- 10" styrofoam wreath base (available at craft stores)
- hot glue gun (it didn't seem to matter if i used high or low temp glue)
- Blossom Punch (#125603)
- Designer Paper from Stampin' Up! (Sale a Bration paper shown)
- cardstock
- 3/4" and 1" circle punch
- paper piercer and mat pack
- assorted brads
- 1-1/4" wide striped grosgrain ribbon
NOTE: I used ABOUT 60 punched Blossom flowers for this 10" wreath.
Step 1: start by punching a TON of blossom punches and circle punches
Step 2: curl blossom punchouts with a bone folder, like you were curling "curling ribbon"
Step 3: layer a circle or 2 onto a blossom punch, and poke a hole and add a brad, set aside
Step 4: same as step 3, but layer TWO blossom punches with the circles and brad
Step 5: once you have about a dozen or 15 of the flowers ready, start hot gluing them onto your wreath... if you put the glue on the back of your flower, and then put that onto the wreath, it allows you to place the flowers at the exact angle you want
Step 6: before you have covered the entire wreath, add a loop of ribbon around the wreath for the bow, and/or a loop of ribbon to hang your wreath with
Step 7: finish adding flowers as desired, hang your wreath and enjoy!
here are a few close ups of my wreath... be creative.. mix and match various punches, papers, brads, etc... have fun with this one!

Very pretty Patty! A lot less work than making 60 Lollies!

This really is a great project, Patty! This would be so adorable in pink or blue hanging on the front door at a baby shower. Then mommy-to-be could take it home and hang in the baby's room.
Can't wait to try it...thanks for sharing!

I am behind on checking my blog post emails... I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I have an empty floral wreath thingy at home (originally slated to CASE the ribbon wreath that was in the 2010-11 IBC!!) but that may change... have a school-free summer ahead of me and this just made my To-Do list! And also, since I'm behind, not sure if it's new or not, but I love your new-to-me blog banner! :)

I am trying to see what size the blossom punch is. I can't find anything on your website that says Blossom punch. Can you help me? Thank you
