After you've watched the video above, you'll see how I stamped these 3 different color combos for the Sunflower image in the Stampin' UP! Painted Harvest stamp set.
What's your preference?
The side fold card below features Stampin' UP! Thick Whisper White cardstock cut at 4-1/4x11 and folded in 1/2. I layered a piece of 4"x5-1/4" Basic Black cardstock on top of the folded card, then a piece of the fall patterned paper from the Painted Autumn designer series paper pack on that. Over the patterned paper I've added the die cut Old Olive Scalloped Layering Square with a Whisper White Stitched Shape square and the "kindness" greeting from the Painted Harvest stamp set stamped in Archival Black ink.
I stamped the sunflowers in Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry ink (per the video above) then added clear Wink of Stella to give them some glimmer!! The leaves are stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink on Whisper White cardstock and punched out with the new Leaf Punch. Save 10% when you purchase the Painted Harvest stamp set and Leaf punch in a bundle!! #146021
The sweet note card below is stamped on a thick Very Vanilla note card (they come with matching envelopes!) and all I added was a strip of designer paper from the Painted Autumn designer series paper pack and some Mini Chevron Crushed Curry Ribbon. Sweet and simple!

The Magnetic Platform makes die cutting the images so easy with the Big Shot! Watch the video above for tips on die cutting and curling each flower petal with your Bone Folder. I also colored the petals with my Clear Wink of Stella glitter brush. Below: I used the same techniques described in the video above to create this note card. I sprayed each petal with a quick spritz of water from a Stampin' Spritzer to help the ink bleed just a little.

I was super excited to see Glossy paper come back to the Stampin' Up! catalog this year! (missed it? it's on pg 194, #144240). I started stamping on glossy paper about 30 years ago.. it was such a hot trend with bold stamps and Marvy Markers, it's come and gone over the years as a trend, and now it's fun to explore the many uses for it in my craft room once again!
Today I am sharing a video tutorial to show you how to create this beach scene card with glossy paper, Stampin' UP! ink pads, stamps and accessories!
Enjoy the VIDEO TUTORIAL BELOW, and create one of these cards with me!

The darling red beach chair is die cut from the Seasonal Layers framelits. This adirondak chair framelit die is so popular, and I can see why!! I stamped the palms and grass using the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set, and the little red flowers are from the Hello Friend set. All of these supplies as well as the glossy paper, ink pads, stamps and accessories are available in my online Stampin' Up! store. Click any of the product links at the bottom of this blog post to go directly to my store online. Please leave a comment or email me if you have any questions.
As shown in the video, here is the Stampin' Up! Color combo I used for this project:
If you watched the video above, you'll see how easy this card really is. Here is a visual reminder of the steps I demonstrated in the video:
As usual, I could not decide on just one greeting for this card, so I made several and used 3 different greetings.
Live Laugh Love and Enjoy the Little Things are both found in the Layering Love stamp set (pg 46 in the current catalog) and the Hello Friend stamp is found in the Hello Friend stamp set, pg 17.
Each greeting is stamped with Island Indigo ink to coordinate with the Island Indigo card bases.
I hope you enjoyed this fun video tutorial for glossy paper!! I appreciate your order in my online Stampin' Up! store if you would like to purchase supplies to make some of these cards.

I have a fun tip that I hope will give you ideas for storing and organizing your crafting embellishments and accessories!
I recently brought all of the new Stampin' Up! embellishments and accessories to a demonstrator meeting for the display table, and rather than just put the packages on the table, I put all the darling products in sweet little white bowls from the Daiso Japan store! They were only $1.50 each and made everything look so cute!
Watch the video below!
Please enjoy this quick 5 minute video with a fun tip for organizing (and hopefully USING) your crafting embellishments and accessories!
If you are viewing this in an email, please CLICK HERE to see the video on my blog.
We had lots of display tables at the meeting.. here are a couple photos of the tables as they filled up with products and projects;
When I came home from this demonstrator meeting, I decided to leave all of the products in the cute bowls, gather them all into a tray (from the Container Store) and keep them at my stamping desk!!
I thought this should help keep them organized
I hope it will encourage me to grab them and USE THEM!
I can see at a glance what is running low
One tip I shared in the video above was to go ahead and take all of the wood embellishment pieces out of the wood sheets.. this way I KNOW I will grab them and use them.. and in fact I already have!
Stars & Hearts Elements #144215, pg 198
Touches of Nature Elements #144216, pg 196
I hope you enjoyed that idea for organizing in your craft room, and I hope you will enjoy some photos from our fun Luv 2 Stamp group demonstrator meeting last month!!

NEW Stampin' Up! accessories & embellishments featured in today's video:
I had loads of fun yesterday demonstrating how to use the new Stampin' Up! Embossing Paste and Party Pattern Masks to create so many different types of backgrounds!! We had a Luv 2 Stamp Group (demonstrator) all-day event and learned so many wonderful new tips, ideas, techniques, and saw tons of new products! I'll have lots of blog posts coming up with more details soon!
Today, I wanted to share my Embossing Paste presentation with you! The Pattern Party mask package comes with 4 masks, you can see them below: clouds, bricks, diamond pattern and medallion. I made several background sample ideas with them for inspiration! You'll see those in the video!
These are just a few of the examples you'll see in the VIDEO BELOW, and I'll post close up photos and details on these projects very soon! Stay tuned here to my blog for those posts!
WATCH THE VIDEO below for all the details!

I took these display boards to the meeting and did a demonstration showing how to use the embossing paste, masks, palette knives and silicone mat, and all participants were able to create some backgrounds with the embossing paste. I think they enjoyed learning how to use it!
More details of each card will be in future blog posts, but you can get ready to make these backgrounds by purchasing your embossing paste, masks and palette knives now! Click any photo below to go right to my online store!

Do you have it in "rainbow" order? (by color), or do you arrange it by type?
As you can see... I like to arrange and store my ribbon by type. I have all my Stampin' Up! ribbon in this Elfa cart drawer (from the Container Store) and I have them stored by type.. so all of the Striped Grosgrain is together, all of the Ombre ribbon is together, all of the chevron ribbon is together, etc.
This is just how my brain works... but I was wondering how YOU like to store it?
