So....... my friends who know me well know how BAD my EYESIGHT IS... even with really strong contacts AND crazy prescription reading glasses over my contacts most of the time I have a really difficult time reading almost anything. ESPECIALLY RECIPE CARDS... sooooooo... I decided to make my own ... um... RECIPE PAGES... :)
these are 8-1/2"x11" pages I made up in My Digital Studio with print large enough for me to see and photos to remind me of the yummies. :) Feel free to print these for your use if you wish.

I don't post very often on your blog but I read it just about every day. Thank you for all the fun and inspiration you have given me in 2010. I am looking forward to 2011.

Patty,
Recipe pages are a fabulous idea. Tons of fun and great way to learn My Digital Studio. I figure if I start making pages now I'll have a bunch done by next Christmas and will be able to print recipe books for friends and family as Christmas gifts.
Sometimes it's the most obvious things I never think of.
Thanks
Chris

This is a fabulous idea! One of my groups, Seaside Crafts Bulk Buy did this for a Christmas gift to all. Members submitted pages of their favorite Christmas dessert. Then Robin Messenheimer formatted all of them into a wonderful recipe book for all of the members to enjoy. There are so many wonderful ways to use My Digital Studio.
Happy New Year's Patty! Thank you for sharing your yummy recipes along with your fantastic artwork.

Hi Patty,
What a great idea!! And they look FABULOUS!
Like "Chris" above.....This might be a great Christmas gift to grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I have recipes from my mother, that should be handed down. And THESE are SO attractive. My New Years resolution is to work with MDS more and learn more about it. You are just EXCELLENT at it!!

YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have struggled forever trying to make recipes using a magnifying glass to read the card. What a wonderfy idea. My cards are going MDS very soon - and I might as well make copies for the kids while I'm at it. Great way to start the new year - thanks for the idea!

Thanks so much Patty for the recipes, they sound delicious. Must thank you for your wonderful site, and your generous sharing attitude. I'm anxious for pics of your flowers, but worried about all the rain you've sufferd through. I hope it didn't permanently damage any of your plants. God Bless you and the men. JoWitney
