Each month I have been enjoying creating several new cards in My Digital Studio to send to customers, downline, family and friends. I design them in My Digital Studio and submit them to the Stampin' Up! printing service right through the MDS program.. they do an amazing job!! Wonderful quality! Here are the cards I created to send in November:
I have enjoyed trying things that I really couldn't do "with real stamps"... putting textured layers over DSP and adding some really lightly stamped images on top... it's so fun to play!
I LOVE designing the inside of the card too! I figure why not!?
The cards turned out really gorgeous, Patty! Here's another idea for you...bet it would be cool to make 2-3 cards (especially the larger ones) with the same colors & themes, with the idea of binding them together (ribbon tied through holes at the fold?) to make a mini scrapbook. Would need to price that out & see what the cost would be, compared to doing a bound MDS scrapbook.

Okay, it finally happened, thanks to this post: I'm interested in getting MDS! These cards are absolutely stunning -- not flat and lifeless at all!

What incredible cards! I was finally able to create the 'inside' of a card using your tips and just printed the inserts on my computer to put on actual layered cards. I had used dark cardstock for the actual card so it was a no brainer to put an insert using MDS to have a place for someone to sign their card.

Fantastic cards. I just love MDS (My Delightful Stuff). I can do so much without wasting any paper, ink, stamps or anything. It was definitely worth the investment.

Thanks for sharing. Your cards are beautiful. I have been seeing a lot of cards made with MDS that I did not care for and was beginning to think that the MDS would not be worth the money. However, your cards have changed my mind and made me want to work a little harder to earn enough to purchase this program! Beautiful cards!
