Some of the demonstrators in my Luv 2 Stamp Group got together today to mount some card fronts and make them into folded cards with envelopes to send to our troops in the middle east. We got about 400 cards mounted today!!!!!
These cards will be available for servicemen and women to send home to loved ones, free of charge. We had a wonderful day visiting, talking about the new catalog and making these cards!

We still have about 400 more cards to mount so we will be making some for Ronald McDonald House the next time we get together!

Today, our international effort has sent thousands of cards to our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, all donated by the huge stamping community world wide.
This is a great idea! We are still working on getting a larger group of stampers together here, but when we have a few more, this would be really nice to do with them. How do you go about organizing something like this?

This is a great idea. When my nephew was in Kuwait, I did this. The guys were so greatful for the cards. Here was there last Christmas, and all of the guys had Christmas cards to send home to family and friends.
Several guys in our church are in a couple different places overseas in service. This makes me want to do this for them. We really don't realize what a difference it makes to them to have cards on hand to send!

As an Army wife, thank you for the work you are doing to help our troops. If you happen to be looking for more causes to support I would like to suggest www.stillsomeone.org. Still Someone, Inc supports seniors in nursing homes and care facilities with gifts of homemade cards and blankets. I donate to them every month. Thanks!

Hello there,
I have been following your blog for quite some time now. I live in Canada, thus I have a demonstrator here - actually, she introduced me to your blog.
I wanted to write with regards to this project to make cards for the troops. I returned last year from a 7 month tour to Afghanistan and groups here in Canada sent over cards to our troops - last year when I returned home, I had my group of friends make about 100 cards to send over.
The cards are so very appreciated and I can say this as both a recipient and a sender! Knowing that we are never forgotten while away peacekeeping is a wonderful thing!

Every body understands that our life is not very cheap, but some people require cash for different stuff and not every one gets enough cash. Thence to get fast mortgage loans and secured loan would be a right solution.
